Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about the service — no fine print tricks.
What exactly is this?
A daily office-commute carpool. You book a seat on a driver's regular home-to-office route as a monthly or weekly subscription, and ride with the same driver, car and co-passengers every working day. It is not instant hailing — there is no on-demand pickup.
Who can ride?
Anyone commuting to an office in Karachi. Sign in with your phone number or Google account and you start as a customer; drivers and company HR use the same sign-in and then apply for their roles.
How does payment work?
Manual payment only. You pay through one of the admin's listed methods, upload your slip, and admin approves it — only then is your seat locked. Fares are set by admin, never by the driver, and confirmed before you pay.
What if my driver is absent or the car breaks down?
For breakdowns, the driver raises an SOS and admin reassigns the remaining pickups to a standby vehicle in one step — your subscription and booking stay untouched. Driver absences are tracked by the system and deducted from the driver's payout for that period.
What if I am away for a day?
Mark yourself absent for that day so the driver knows not to wait for you. An absence never refunds or re-lists your seat — your subscription simply continues.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Request a cancellation and admin approves it, with a pro-rata refund for the unused part of your period where applicable — as wallet credit or a bank reference.
What are female-only pools?
Pools marked female-only are only bookable by riders whose CNIC verification is approved. Female-only listings are hidden from search for everyone else, so the pool stays exactly as advertised.
Do trips run on holidays?
No — on declared holidays or emergency suspensions, trips pause and active subscriptions are extended for the suspended days.
What does the driver see about me?
Only your first name and the last 4 digits of your phone number — never your full number or personal details.
