What we collect
Your account name and phone number; CNIC details and images for female-only pool verification; your pickup and drop zones and booking details; and your chosen payment method plus slip images for manual payment approval.
How we use it
To match you with a route, manage your bookings and subscriptions, operate payments, and provide support.
What we share
We never sell your data. It is shared only as needed to operate trips and payments — for example, a driver sees only your first name and the last 4 digits of your phone number. CNIC images are kept on private storage and never appear in trip views or exports.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account and subscriptions are active and as needed for records. Account-deletion requests can be made through the support channels shown on the site.
