How it works

A fixed daily commute, not a one-off ride. You book a seat on a driver's regular home-to-office route and ride with the same people every working day.

Fixed daily commute

Step 1

Search your route

Drop your home and office pins and pick your shift — morning, evening, or both — and the days you travel. You only see drivers whose routes cover your area, and listings with no free seats are hidden.

Step 2

Request a seat

Choose a monthly or weekly plan and send a booking request to the driver. The driver accepts or declines — nobody is assigned without the driver's say-so.

Step 3

Pay by slip, admin approves

Pay through one of the admin's listed manual payment methods and upload your slip. Admin approves it, and only then is your seat locked. Fares are set by admin, never by the driver.

Step 4

Ride daily

Every working day the driver runs a pickup sheet in stop order. If you will be away, mark yourself absent so the driver knows not to wait. Your subscription renews the same way — slip, approval, next period.

Good to know

The corridor rule

The first accepted booking locks the vehicle's route corridor. Later seats on that vehicle are only offered to homes near the locked corridor, so the route never drifts across the city.

Holidays and suspensions

On declared holidays or emergency suspensions, trips pause and active subscriptions are extended for the suspended days — you are not charged for days the service did not run.
