The rules for using CoGo's daily office-commute carpool.
The service
CoGo is a daily office-commute carpool: monthly or weekly seats for home-to-office rides, one-way or two-way, with the same driver, car and co-passengers. It is not instant hailing — there is no on-demand pickup.
Booking and seat lock
Your seat is locked after your payment slip is approved by admin.
Fares
Seat fares are determined by CoGo administration. Drivers do not set fares.
Subscriptions, renewals and grace
Monthly subscriptions run to the end of the month and weekly subscriptions run for 7 days. Renew before expiry to keep your seat; a 3-day grace period applies, after which the seat is released.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date, and use the service fairly without misuse.
CoGo's role
CoGo facilitates matching and bookings. Drivers and passengers keep their own responsibilities for their trips.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change from time to time; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
